Our Piercing Aftercare Spray is designed to help cleanse and heal all your piercings and body modifications. This 3-part aftercare solution combines a soothing saline mist, refreshing antibacterial soap, and a healing ointment, creating the perfect combination for reducing healing time. Keep your new piercings clean and healthy with this essential aftercare solution combo.
Start by thoroughly washing your hands with soap and water. Clean hands are essential for a clean piercing.
Squeeze a small amount of antibacterial soap onto your piercing. Gently cleanse the area, making sure to remove any dirt or buildup.
Rinse the soap off completely, ensuring there is no residue left on the piercing. Soap residue can cause irritation, so be thorough.
Mist a small amount of saline spray on the piercing. This will help soothe the area and promote healing.
Finish by applying a small amount of healing ointment to the piercing. Be careful not to apply too much, as this can attract dirt and dust to the area.
This healing routine is best done at night or before sleeping, as your body heals better during rest. Following these steps will help ensure a smooth and healthy healing process for your new piercing.
2016 I began my aftercare journey. Experimenting with different skin types and products! Through trial and era I discovered the diversity of skin. After years of mixing products, I have formulated a healing consistency in my aftercare products that appeal to the masses.
Inflammation Phase (Days 1-14)
Healing & Regeneration Phase (Weeks to Months)
Maturation Phase (Months to a Year+)
Pro Tips:
✔ Always follow proper aftercare, using a saline mist or gentle cleansing.
✔ Avoid unnecessary movement, touching, or changing jewelry too soon.
✔ Healing times vary—cartilage and navel piercings take longer than earlobes.
Piercing rejection happens when your body recognizes the jewelry as a foreign object and slowly pushes it out. Watch for these signs:
Jewelry Moving Closer to the Surface – If the piercing hole gets shallower, your body may be pushing it out.
Increased Redness Around the Piercing – Persistent redness that doesn’t improve could be a warning sign.
Thinning Skin Over the Jewelry – The skin covering the jewelry may become thinner, almost transparent.
Constant Irritation or Discomfort – If the area stays sore, itchy, or inflamed despite proper care, rejection could be starting.
Widening of the Piercing Hole – If the hole appears larger or elongated, the jewelry might be migrating.
Jewelry Hanging Looser Than Before – If the fit changes and feels looser, rejection may be occurring.
💡 What to Do:
✔ Switch to high-quality titanium or biocompatible jewelry.
✔ Avoid trauma or excessive movement of the piercing.
✔ Keep up with proper aftercare (saline mist, no harsh cleaners).
✔ If rejection is severe, removing the jewelry may be the best option to avoid scarring.
